How do I book an appointment?

First, register for an account or log in with Google. Once logged in as a patient, navigate to your dashboard and click "Book New Appointment". Select your doctor, pick an available 30-minute time slot from the calendar, and confirm.

How does the payment process work?

After selecting a slot, you'll be redirected to a secure Razorpay checkout page. You can pay the consultation fee using any major credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI. Once payment is verified, your appointment is confirmed and a consultation room is generated.

Do I need to download a video calling app?

No! Our clinic features an integrated Jitsi Meet video interface directly inside your browser. Just click "Consultation Room" from your dashboard at the time of your appointment. However, doctors can also provide alternative Google Meet or Zoom links if preferred.

What is the Prakruti Assessment?

Prakruti is your unique Ayurvedic body type. From your dashboard, you can take a quick multiple-choice questionnaire about your physical traits and mental state. The system instantly calculates your Vata, Pitta, and Kapha scores and personalizes the Ayurveda Clock on your dashboard to give you specific dietary and lifestyle advice.

Can I share medical reports during the consultation?

Yes. The Consultation Room includes a live chat feature where you can securely upload images and PDF files for the doctor to review instantly.

Are my prescriptions valid at local pharmacies?

Yes. The doctor generates a PDF prescription for you to download. Every prescription includes a secure QR code. Your pharmacist can scan this QR code with their phone to view the verified, authentic version of the prescription on our website.
